My New Shoe Basics Line : Styling Them Into 10 Different Outfits

There are those days when you just need the perfect classic or basic shoe to finish an outfit. This is the idea behind the new Basics line that I just recently launched from my shoe line, Sala Chaussures. Our shoes almost usually have whimsical details like bows, pretty embellishments and at one point, wings!

However, for this season and collection, I decided to have some basic timeless pairs that can  go with any outfit you put on with styles that transcend seasons and trends.

I always feel like a pointy shoe is a MUST have forever staple in your closet so I had to include them in three basic colors : black, white and nude or as we call them, ebony, chalk and sand. I decided to make them a mule style so it is easy to slip on and off with a kitten heel so it's comfortable. I love that these can be worn just as easily in a jeans outfit or in more formal pants or corporate wear.

The second style is not a new style. It is our Marigold style which I decided should be a basic and must have. It originally was in a mustard color which was really great but for the basics style I decided to release them in white and dark brown - as milk and caramel. This pair features a 2 inch block heel and cushioned insoles which make this pair super comfortable but cute. It features unique leaf patterns designed by us. So there is still that little whimsical touch that is a signature of SALA.
