I have had these Uniqlo wide legged cropped pants for at least two years now and I have not stopped wearing them! I thought I would feature them in my : The Many Ways To Style And Wear Series just to give some outfit ideas for these amazing pants! I find these pants amazing because 1. They fit really well with my body shape and are super flattering . The style is great, I really love how the flare falls, nice and big and just above the ankles and 3. They are so versatile! They go with some many outfits! Here are 11 outfit ideas.
1. I tucked in these dark blue thrift ed top in them and paired with big circle earrings. I finished it off with super old peep toe Ann Klein heels.
2. I experimented and put a black button down dress over it. I didn't button it all the way down so that I could give the outfit a little bit of texture. Topped it off with a black chunky necklace and my black Atalanta slides from my shoe line, Sala Chaussures.
3. I thought another blue on blue look was in order! I forgot to mention, these pants are a really dark blue color - I'm not sure if you can tell with the pictures. I really love pairing the same color in different shades! This top is a vintage one that used to be my grandmother's and I thought it would be fun to tie it up at the waist. I made the outfit even more fun and fresh with my mustard colored Marigold mules from Sala Chaussures.
4. Trying it out with another vintage top of my grandmother's and also tying it at the waist again, this time with a more pronounced knot. I paired it with a huge chunky bangle and some big green earrings - since there are some green colors in the prints. One style hack I love doing is wearing accessories that pick up some of the same color in the prints. I think it makes the whole look super chic! I topped it all off with some skinny barely there heels from Mango.
6. Trying out another dress over pants trick! This time, I paired a totally different color and shade. I think I need to experiment more with pairing dress and pants, I'm really loving this lookthat I don't do often enough!
12. BONUS - I had so much fun styling and playing dress up with my favorite pants that I forgot I put together 12 outfits instead of the usual 11! It seemed a shame not to post this outfit! I am wearing another vintage blouse of my grandmother's that I tied into a know at the waist. I love this top as it's in a rather sheer material and goes so nicely with the pants! Pairing it with skinny stilettos for yet another glamsual look.
What do you guys think? Which ones are your favorites?
