I've always been a firm believer of never saving anything just for special occasions - especially for shoes! I've mentioned several times already here on this blog and my Instagram that nothing hurts my heart more than people telling me they love my shoes but wouldn't know what to wear it with or that they look like they are meant only for special occasions. Why bother waiting for that occasion to wear pretty shoes? It's like depriving yourself of all the good things in life on the thought that a better time for it is still coming. There is no better time than now! Sip some champagne for breakfast, have that yummy brownie for a snack and wear pretty shoes just because! This is really the whole theme of my shoe brand Sala Chaussures. There is really no need to wait for special occasions for some things in life.

This is why I started a series here on my blog called 7 Days, 1 Shoe : to give you guys ideas on how to wear what some people may deem as "difficult to style" shoes. Most of the shoes featured will be from my shoe line - especially because I really have had people tell me they love our designs but do not know where and how to wear some of them. Today's feature will be the Rita kitten heels. I really love these because they're pretty enough to make a statement but also casual enough to wear with basically anything. I also love the kitten heel - you can wear this to your office without worrying about teetering and keeling over from the height. Since we are still on quarantine, I didn't wear these every single day of the week but just came out with 7 different outfits. Check it out for some ideas!
Outfit 1
I love the look of the Rita against light colored jeans. It's a perfect combo for me! I also really want to wear it with a light washed denim knee length skirt but I don't have it so these jeans will have to do!
Outfit 2
I was inspired by fifties casual wear where they tucked fitting tops into shorts and cinched the waist with a belt. I thought the Rita was the perfect complement to a fifties inspired outfit!
Outfit 3
My version of "glamsual" with a statement necklace to top off the whole look!
Outfit 4
I thought the brown pants would pick up the brown in the bow of the shoes nicely. I feel like the Rita also looks really really good against blue!
Outfit 5
I thought I would try out something new and wear a long button down over a flouncy skirt! I accessorized with a brooch to jazz it up a little bit! (Also there were buttons missing in the blouse LOL! So it all worked out perfectly!)
Outfit 6
I rarely wear print on print but this vintage printed skirt looks really great with the snakeskin print of the Rita! I just kept the top simple with white, which is picking up the white parts of the shoes. Everything still kind of goes perfectly well!
Outfit 7
Another "glamsual" outfit and keeping it simple and casual with shorts and a top but adding some necklaces and statement sunglasses.
What do you guys think? What would you wear with the Rita heels?

Aww, the shoes are so cute! I love things that are a little "extra" anyways - shoes are no exception.
