7 Pairs of Classic Shoes That I keep Going Back To

I've written articles on the must have, classic and basic shoes that should be in every woman's closet. Check out this version that I wrote for this blog and also for my lifestyle site The7.ph Though I still stand by these shoe styles, I'm surprised to discover, upon evaluating the shoes I have on constant rotation that the not-so-usual pairs are the ones I keep gravitating to. Some of them aren't even on the basics list! I have now decided that these shoes are my basics and even if I consider the original ones basics too, these are the pairs I can't seem to stop going back to and even writing about in blog posts. I  find that these styles may well be on their way to becoming  forever classics! I love them all so much! Read on to see which of these styles are my constant go-to pairs :

Barely There Stiletto Heels - these are mentioned in my original basic list. It think this style is seriously here to stay forever  They go with absolutely everything and they make your feet look just so damn good. The current ones I am wearing are these purple ones by my line Sala Chaussures. I  actually had this custom made for myself.

Hot Pink Shoes - yes, the Elle Woods girly girl in me cannot seem to let go of hot pink shoes. Not just any pink, but HOT PINK. Have you noticed I keep mentioning my love for it in some hot pink posts I recently put out? They look so great with a number of outfits - most especially with denims! Yes hot pink is definitely here to stay. Even if it might not be everyone's cup of tea - I will most definitely wear them forever and ever and even in different variations. We came out with this design from my shoe line Sala Chaussures of the Frangipani high heeled pumps and now we made a flat version! Been wearing them ALL the time.

Flat Slides - a year or two ago - I couldn't imagine wearing them. Now i can't imagine NOT wearing them! My shoe line Sala Chaussures developed the Odette Swandals and I have just fallen in love with them and the whole slide phenomenon. I used to think slides were something you should only wear at home but when my line and also other shoe lines came up with ways to make them look pretty and girly, they quickly became a staple in my shoe wardrobe. The Odette Swandals have been my most worn pairs all year.

Low Block Heels - another style that I could not imagine wearing two years ago. I've always sworn that I could only wear very flat or very high heels. I'm definitely eating my words right now as I discovered low block heels are not only comfortable, but look very chic and stylish as well! It has such a French chic vibe don't you think?

Ballet Flats - this is a forever classic. I will never NOT be wearing ballet flats! We're developing a new style for SALA, but I am loving the classic shaped ones from all kinds of brands. I have these from H&M that I've been wearing lately.

Pretty Flat Sandals - other pairs I have on constant rotation are my Kitsune Flat Sandals and Flat Weekenders from SALA. Feminine styles are always a go in my style book, plus the
fact that they are comfortable are an added bonus.

Gym Shoes - I really cannot avoid wearing sporty shoes if I want to keep going to the gym. That's  why it's considered a go-to also in my book since I need to get my exercise in! I try to not wear sneakers outside of the gym as much as possible but then there are those occasions though when I have activities or events  that I deem too "physical" and that is when I have to wear my sneakers.  I'm grudgingly admitting that they are super comfortable and a basic necessity in life!

What do you guys think? Which pairs of shoe styles are your go to pairs or the pairs you consider a forever basic and classic?
