I think Over the knee boots should be every girl's wardrobe staple for winter. They are chic and look so good with a variety of outfits. Over the knee boots would look awesome with a dress that falls just above the knee. Wear with tights if it's extra cold - although it would look great without too. Since this outfit it basically all black, put a swipe of dark red lipstick or an extra pop of color.

These boots also look perfect with skinny jeans tucked into them. For a pretty and nice casual day look, wear with a cream top and a light colored scarf. A lip and cheek tint and some eyeliner are all you need to complete this look!
