The Apophis 

The Pre-Holiday 2014 collection of my shoe line Sala Chaussures is out in full shoe force and I couldn't be more excited! This season's theme has got to be one of my favorites : Egyptian! I think it is one of the coolest civilizations ever and all the pairs are inspired  by some aspects of their culture, both real and mythological.

The Apophis 

The Apophis Pump is an ode to the winged dragon-serpent of chaos from Egyptian lore.

The King Tut Weekender

I'm pretty sure that you're all familiar with this gold and blue stripe combination. In Egypt, this is what is called the "Pharaoh's Beard" and  was considered a divine attribute to the Gods! This is the King Tut Weekender.

The Nefertiti

Ofcourse we couldn't not have an Egyptian collection and not include the Queen Nefertiti. Her name means "the beautiful one" . The Nefertiti Sandals are perfect for chic loungy days by the pool and "glamsual" day outs when you don't feel like wearing heels.

The Nile Weekender

The Nile Weekender has the colors which symbolize victory and new life in Egypt. It is also name after the famous longest river in the world. We can't think of another shoe that is more perfect for a chic cruise! It is super comfortable too!
