Shoed or Shoed Not? Paul Andrew Gray Heels

Today's Shoed or Shoed Not? edition, we have these Paul Andrew Heels.

Reasons that it's a Shoed : Pretty bow, good heel height and ankle straps.

Reasons that it's a Shoed Not : The front part of the shoe. Its in a smoking sandal style and I find that a little weird It does not really go with the rest of the shoe. This would have been better if it were a pump. Though the bow is pretty, it doesn't look great with the style of the front part.
