Two weeks ago my family and I went to Guam and they had a bit of shopping there that we totally enjoyed.
We went to the the BCBG outlet and I found these killer cage sandals to add to my shoe closet:
I love the circles all over and the double ankle straps. These ankle straps saved me by the way because they are adjustable. I kinda have buig ankles :o They were a little too tight around the ankles and going a size up was not an option because it made the shoe look wrinkly on my feet. Good thing I discovered that they were adjustable! This size was just perfect. (a US 8 1/2).
So to sum it up, the adjustable straps totally saved me. Or rather, cost me some money because I bought them! I don't regret it though!
So the moral of this shoe buying story is that if you want a pair of shoes, never give up! I initially wanted the size 8 (because that's my usual size) and they didn't have the black version in size 8. So I asked for a half size up and they finally found a pair. Then you now that I almost wasn't going to buy it because it was kind of tight around the ankles when I discovered the adjustable strap. Whew!!! Who knew shoe buying could sometimes be stressful right? But totally worth it!
