As always, I will be doing a series of notable shoes and shoes that I love for this fall 2012 season.
The first few brands/designers that I looked up on for this season did not have a lot of nice shoes (in my opinion!) I will be showing you guys in this post (and more posts to come) the shoes that I find noteworthy. There are some that I really love, which I will mention and some which I think that a lot will like also. Be prepared to get splashed with shoes, a loooots of them, in this post. (and take note this is only part 1 of fall 2012 shoes! :o)

I love that the heel is a different color from the rest of the shoe, sort of a rose gold color. Nothing suuuuper stellar about these shoes but I still think its worth mentioning.
Creatures of the Wind

I've actually never heard of this label but I feel like their shoes are pretty unique (honestly would not wear these but they are pretty interesting and I think some people would like them!). The are like a hybrid of loafers and pointy shoes with straps.
DKNY

Donna Karana and DKNY shoes have two things in common - the ankle strap shoe. DKNY just had chunkier versions.

Said ankle straps are above, I actually like these better. I love the two tone colors and two tone textures. I absolutely love those animal print booties too! And I'm glad that the cap toe shoe style is still here. I can't get enough of that trend and am glad to see a lot of designers doing so many variations of colors and textures.
J.Mendel

Never really thought of J.Mendel to have noteworthy shoes but these are definitely great! I read somewhere that Manolo Blahnik designed the shoes for the show, no wonder! I'm also glad to see more ankle straps!
L'Wren Scott

Another designer where I didn't expect to find nice shoes. I'm not sure whether they commissioned a shoe designer to do their shoes? Either way I am loving these L'Wren Scott shoes! love the colors and the designs!
Marchesa

Sigh. Marchesa. Season after season they always have the most gorgeous dresses and gowns! This season, I took note of the shoes too! They are sooo pretty and whimsical don't you think? I'm not even sure if they even go commercial for their shoes but either way they are fun to look at right???
Narciso Rodriguez

Last season also saw some nice shoes from Narciso and I am loving these season's boots! Such great textures and colors! Diego Dolcini actually designed the shoes for the show. Loves!
Ohne Titel

This is another label that I'm totally not familiar with but I like the pumps from this collection!!! Nice and unique shape.
So what do you guys think so far of the fall season's shoes? Any favorites?
Stay tuned for the next batch!

Hard to pick out trends in this (gorgeous) collection of shoes. The colours, materials, toe style, heel height...it seems almost anything goes. I suppose that's a good thing!
