We found a box of treasures recently that had a lot of clothes that belonged to my Grandma and I was so happy to discover that we wore almost the exact same size. These were her clothes that she wore in her elder years up until she died, probably in the 60s-80s. There's no doubt that it is definitely vintage, but for me it's so much better than the ones you find at the stores because it's stuff that's actually in the family. It's something that's kind of like passed down to me (and to my female cousins who were interested in the clothes). ANYWAY, I found a lot of blouses that at first may give off a tad bit of a "grandma chic" vibe. But then I kept imagining many great outfit ideas! So I kinda hoarded on the blouses.

One of the blouses that I found was this light brown flowery one . I was thinking I could wear these tucked into shorts and accessorize with earrings or brooches for my usual "glamsual" chic. This blouse could also be a really cute cover-up for the beach. Today however, I had to go to the bank so I thought I would make myself a bit more appropriately dressed. I decided to pair the blouse with these brown cropped pants that I got from the Zara Sales. Since the whole outfit turned out to be head-to-toe neutral, I decided to break it up with a pair of colorful turquoise slingback kitten heels. These shoes are a sample from my shoe line Sala Chaussures that was unfortunately never put into production but I couldn't let it go to waste so I still actually wear it a LOT and incorporate it to many many outfits.

I finished it off with some gold accessories- a random vintage gold necklace and gold drop earrings with cute seashell shaped charms. The small hoops are from my mom's jewelry collection and the charms are from a lovely local label here in the Philippines, Flora Magica. I absolutely love wearing and supporting home grown brands - we have the most amazing accessories here!
